What you get with Premium
Premium removes all advertising on the game, eliminates the daily key limit, and gives you unlimited hints (easy or hard) on every puzzle. Monthly and Annual unlock the same features — the difference is billing period.
Hint Pack vs Premium
The Hint Pack ($2.99) gives you 40 hint keys to use whenever you want — no subscription. Premium ($2.99/mo or $19.99/yr) gives you unlimited hints AND removes ads. If you're a casual player, the pack is the cheapest way in. If you play often, Premium pays for itself fast.
Cancellation
You can cancel either subscription at any time from your account self-service portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until the period you've paid for ends. No partial refunds for unused time, except as required by law.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us at playsupport123@pm.me for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB). Cryptocurrency payment is also available via NOWPayments for the Annual plan, paid once for 365 days (no auto-renew).
Billing security
All card payments are processed by Stripe with industry-standard PCI compliance. Card details never touch our servers. Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure 2) is used for additional fraud protection where supported by your bank.
